Don B. Scott President I served in the U.S. Navy as a pilot for five years. I then worked with IBM until 1991, when I joined Econocom as EVP Sales and Marketing. In 2000, I joined the Boeing Airplane Services division and served as Managing Director Avionics Modification Services. I joined AAR as VP of Airframe Sales in 2002, before starting Pennant Aviation.
Robert L. Kurtz Partner I've been in the aviation industry since 1966. After earning my undergraduate degree, I moved into a maintenance program development and support engineering position for the U.S. Navy, then to Pacific Southwest Airlines as an airframe reliability and maintenance engineer. I held several more positions until 2004, when I partnered with Mr. Scott to form Pennant Aviation
